A major milestone was accomplished with the release of development that uses Workday data instead of Colleague Webadvisor for student and the course directory data.

PROFILE DEVELOPMENT

Enhancements to the user experience:

• introducing a new editor interface designed by a CCA student
• updating privacy controls
  • My Portal Profile: Privacy Settings for Students
  • My Portal Profile: Privacy Settings for Faculty + Staff
• Improving user messaging in the editing workflow

COURSES DEVELOPMENT

As we move away from Colleague WebAdvisor as our system of record, we're working closely with Academic Affairs to integrate Workday Academic data with the Portal. The development affects the Courses directory and the Portal dashboard. Check out the changes!
