Refund Eligibility for In- Person, Online or Hybrid courses

If you unregister from an in-person, online or hybrid summer course by contacting Student Records by 11:59 PM Pacific Time, you are eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the schedule below:

The business day before the Start date of the course section: 100% tuition refund

Start date or second day of the course section: 90% tuition refund

Third through Sixth day of the course section: 85% tuition refund

Seventh or Eighth day of the course section: 75% tuition refund

Ninth day of the course section or later: No Refund
