Fall 2020 Remote Semester

For the health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff, CCA’s fall 2020 semester will be conducted remotely (online). This decision follows requirements and recommendations from state and local health officials in light of a surge of COVID–19 cases across California and the United States. We will continue to follow guidance from the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) and other health officials, and will communicate regularly with our community as the situation evolves.

Although this isn’t the semester we imagined, CCA is all about creativity, innovation, and problem solving. That’s what we teach our students, and that’s what our faculty and staff practice every day. Knowing a remote semester might be required, they’ve been hard at work designing a robust, high-quality, and supportive academic experience for this unusual time.

Our fall 2020 semester plan is quickly evolving. Please check back here for the most up-to-date information on living, learning, teaching, working, and making art that matters at CCA this fall.
