Fall 2020: Living
Housing + Dining
CCA’s brand-new student residence and dining facility, Founders Hall and Makers Cafe, will open on schedule to provide housing and food service for students who need or want to live on campus. All rooms will be single occupancy for the fall semester. As required by local public health orders, students must quarantine in their rooms for 14 days upon arrival. Learn more about Fall 2020 Housing and Dining Protocols.
Health + Wellness
Anyone who needs to be on campus, including students living in CCA residence halls, must complete a brief, online assessment of symptoms and exposure risk prior to entering either CCA campus. Download the app and find out more about the #CampusClear Daily Health Assessment.
Information about CCA’s student health insurance plan and waivers, counseling services, and other resources to support students’ health, safety, and well-being may be found on the Health + Wellness Portal page.
Under current U.S. Department of Homeland Security guidelines, continuing international students on F-1 visas will be able to enter or remain in the United States while taking online-only classes as long as you are enrolled full time or have been approved for a reduced course load by the ISAP office. Please review the updated information on Portal at Maintaining F-1 status at CCA: fall 2020 to learn more. CCA’s Office of International Student Affairs and Programs (ISAP) will continue to keep international students updated and ISAP staff are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Please email ISAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or make an appointment with an ISAP advisor for assistance.
We may not be together in person this fall, but that doesn’t mean we’re not attending events … virtually, anyway. Find out about guest lectures, online exhibitions, discussion groups, faculty meet-ups, and more on our calendar of events.
