Support for Student-owned Laptops

Educational Technology Services (ETS) staff are available to provide troubleshooting assistance and support for student-owned laptops with:

  • Printing to selected campus printers
  • Utilizing the campus wireless network
  • Utilizing CCA dedicated network file storage

Unfortunately, due to the variety of issues that could cause a personally-owned computer to experience problems with the campus IT services listed above, we cannot guarantee that your issue will always be resolved.

Apple computer owners can get hands-on support and assistance by visiting an Apple "Genius Bar" located in any Apple retail store. Appointments can be reserved at any Apple store location, or online through the Genius Bar Reservation System.
