California College of the Arts possesses an enterprise agreement with Adobe which provides active faculty, staff, and students with the Creative Cloud All Apps Suite. Access is granted to CCA email accounts according to the following timelines:

Students

• Students (incoming): have access to Adobe Creative Cloud prior to semester start
• Students (on-leave): access to Adobe Creative Cloud will continue until end of their last semester
• Students (graduating): access to Adobe Creative Cloud will continue for 6 months after graduation

Faculty

• Faculty (full-time): have access to Adobe Creative Cloud prior to semester start
• Faculty (part-time, in contract): have access to Adobe Creative Cloud prior to semester start
• Faculty (Emeritus): have access to Adobe Creative Cloud indefinitely
• Faculty (not in contract): access to Adobe Creative Cloud will continue to end of contract

Staff

• Staff (full-time/part-time): access to Adobe Creative Cloud is by request, if relevant to job duties and will discontinue when employee separates from the college

Access to your Adobe Creative Cloud account, under CCA’s license is initiated by invitation email from Adobe. After receiving the email, visit the Adobe account activation how-to page on Portal for more details.
