Scoop is continuously striving to improve the carpool experience. Their latest service, Match Guard, allows you to earn Carpool Credits for trip requests where they are unable to match you in a carpool.

Match Guard Eligibility

Because CCA participates in a Scoop Enterprise account, anyone with a CCA email address linked to their Scoop account is eligible.

How it Works

Anytime Scoop is unable to match you during the normal matching period or you are not matched from the Shortlist you will receive a Carpool Credit for that trip request. Please note: Match Guard only applies to trips that you take to and from your work location. Your credit will appear the day following your unmatched ride.
