Join LRC coaches for a quiet, 20-minute practice of yoga- and qigong-informed exercises (breathing, stretching, and gentle movement) to help you de-stress and re-energize your body and mind. Learn techniques you can practice on your own to get refreshed and refocused. Each week we offer a different theme to support your journey as a mindful learner. Sessions start at 6PM Pacific Standard Time / 7:30AM India Standard Time / 10AM China Standard Time.
