Practices to ground your own nervous system and find functional breath through therapeutic movement.
In this class, we will invigorate the body through standing practice, breathwork, and stillness. Together we will learn 5 Elements Qigong and some movements from the Korean Dohon style. This practice will increase the function of the organs by directing energy through the meridian channels while also building the blood and hormones, gathering yang energy and condensing it to liquid light. In this class you will learn practices to ground your own nervous system and find functional breath through therapeutic movement.
