Our Help Desk and User Support Specialists are available to help you remotely. Please call or submit a ticket online to make an appointment with User Support.

San Francisco

The SF Tech Office is next to Lab D, upstairs in the Main Building, staffed by our User Support team.

Office Hours:

Monday through Friday: 9 am-4:45 pm
Closed for lunch: 12-1:00 pm


Oakland

User Support Specialists are located inside Meyer Library, near the general use computers.

Drop in hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays: 11 am-12 pm
