Student Affairs departments provide academic & educational support, promote health & wellness, and contribute to a dynamic campus life. Student Affairs and campus partners provide helpful programs and services that help students make the most of their CCA experience.

CCA's Public Safety Department oversees safety and security issues at both the San Francisco and Oakland campuses as well as the residence halls.
The Office of Student Accounts assists students with the following functions: handling billing for tuition, housing, insurance, and miscellaneous fees; creating and explaining payment options; helping students understand their student account and billing statement; explaining how financial aid awards are posted to student accounts; and paying current and past-due balances
The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, and staff in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, transcripts, degree progress, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy and requirements.
