Follow-up on limited reopening of Backlot and studio spaces on March 15
The message below was emailed to the CCA community on March 12, 2021.
Dear CCA Students, Faculty, and Staff,
We’re following up on our email sent on March 8 with some good news! We’ve just heard that the city has finalized the permits to reopen the Backlot on March 15 as planned, and we can open this outdoor making space with open-air canopied shop and studio spaces.
We’re also excited to let you know that a limited reopening of indoor studio spaces for graduating seniors and graduate students went smoothly, and that reservation slots are filling up.
Please remember that at all open facilities, masks and social distancing are required and we will enforce strict cleaning protocols. In addition, students, faculty, and staff who come to campus will continue to submit a daily health assessment using CCA’s #CampusClear mobile app.
