New Student Orientation
New student orientation consists of an online moodle course and chimera welcome days.
Online Moodle Course
The online Moodle course is an opportunity to learn about the campus culture and the variety of college resources and services before classes begin. Information will be sent by email to incoming students on how to login and complete their orientation.
Chimera Welcome Days
Chimera Welcome Days are a series of in-person community events and activities created to welcome new students. You will meet and hang out with your fellow classmates, learn where things are on-campus and the neighborhood, talk with other students, all while having fun together! International Student Check In
In addition to new student orientation, all incoming international students must attend a MANDATORY international student check-in hosted by International Student Services (ISS). This check-in will cover important information about maintaining your immigration status as an international student. More information will be sent by email prior to arrival.
Failure to attend may result in serious consequences as ISS will not be able to confirm your status in the SEVIS system.
