Testing Requirement for Spring 2022

Before returning to campus or moving into student housing, all faculty, staff, and students must test negative for COVID-19. We will accept PCR, at-home, or rapid tests, but the results must be dated within 72 hours of your first visit to campus.

Instructions for students:

  1. Log into Workday Student
  2. Go to the search bar and type “Create Request
  3. Click on “Create Request Task
  4. Click Request Type and choose “COVID-19 Test Results: Student” from the drop down menu
  5. Complete questionnaire
  6. Upload test results as a PDF document
    1. For Spring residents:
      1. Label the document “Lastname_Firstname_SP22"
  7. Receive confirmation page with further instructions
  8. Expect a response from the Dean of Students Office within 1 business days of submission
    1. View the "comments section" on your Workday request

Instructions for faculty and staff:

  • Log into Workday and search for your name in the search bar to pull up your employee profile. 
  • Click on Personal and select the Workplace Tests tab. Click Add.
  • Enter your COVID-19 test details. Please be sure to upload an image of your test result and select COVID-19 Documents (Staff/Faculty) as the Category. 
  • Click Submit. Your submission will be routed to HR for review. 
  • You will be able to view any entries under the Workplace Tests tab.
