Dear CCA Faculty and Staff,

Starting October 15, we will move to the next phase of reopening our campus: some events that invite members of the public to campus will be allowed, with limitations, and individual outside guests can attend classes. Our community's high vaccination rates and strong observance of health and safety protocols are important factors in our ability to confidently move to this phase of our campus reopening.

These events and guests will require advance approval, and measures to keep our community safe—including limiting attendance, distancing when possible, and confirming vaccination status—must be observed. In addition, to facilitate contact tracing, contact information for all guests and attendees must be collected and maintained for 14 days following an approved event. All event attendees must be instructed to inform if they test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending a CCA event.

You can find full details about requirements for events that are open to the public and guests on Portal

To request approval for an event that invites members of the public or guests to campus or, please complete this form. We will strive for a 48-72 hour turnaround on event approvals, but please make your requests as early as possible so that we can plan ahead.
