Chimera Leaders are students who assume various leadership roles across the Division of Student Affairs. 

Current chimera leadership roles are comprised of the Campus Life and the Office of Student Belonging & Inclusion (OSBI), with positions consisting of:

• Global Ambassadors
• Orientation Leaders (OLs)
• Resident Assistants (RAs)
• Student Council
  

Our goal for each student who begins this journey is to experience reflection, value, and joy in the Chimera Leadership process, feeling inspired to creatively serve the CCA community and communities beyond campus, regardless if a position is offered to you.

• Applicants interested in applying should be currently enrolled CCA students in a degree-seeking program.
• Applicants should also be in good student conduct and academic standing with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or having successfully completed the majority of their pass/no credit courses.
• Applicants for Student Council must also apply for another Chimera Leadership position. The invitation to join the Student Council is dependent on acceptance into another Chimera Leadership position.
