The Student Records Office provides service to students, faculty, staff, and alumni in matters relating to registration, transfer credit, degree progress, requirements, transcripts, graduation, diplomas, and academic policy.
It is each student's responsibility to read the college's Academic Policy and adhere to all stated guidelines while enrolled at CCA.

Priority Registration for Summer and Fall 2020 - Extended through May 15
Online registration for summer 2020 for continuing students has been extended through Friday, May 15, 11:55pm
All continuing students can register online for open classes during this time period. Registration steps can be found on this page. As of May 18, students can register for summer classes by contacting Student Records.
Priority registration for fall 2020 for continuing students will take place online through Workday and runs from Monday, March 30, at 7 a.m. through Friday, May 15, 11:55 p.m. Registration has been extended an additional week, and all registration appointment times reflect that change. During this time period, students are assigned registration appointment times based on class level; the general schedule is listed below. Students can find their individual registration times in Workday, under View My Registration Appointments. Registration steps can be found on this page.

Nondegree Student Registration
Members of the community need not be admitted as degree-seeking students in order to take courses at CCA. Nondegree courses earn college credit and are charged per the degree program tuition and fee schedule. Nondegree courses must be paid for in full at the time of registration, and registration will be on a space-available basis.
Nondegree students can register for summer 20 classes by contacting Student Records beginning April 20.
Nondegree students can register for fall 20 courses at Student Records offices September 2-8.
CCA offers a wide variety of noncredit courses year-round as part of its CCA Extension program.
