Fine Arts Senior Exhibitions
The Spring 2024 Fine Arts Senior Exhibitions will be held at the CCA Campus Gallery located at 1480 17th St, two blocks from CCA’s main building. These exhibitions are specifically for fine arts students reaching course completion in Spring 2024.
PAGE OUTLINE
KEY DATES - Spring 2024
In Spring 2024 there will be five weeks of Senior Exhibitions starting on March 25th (the week after Spring Break). Each week a group of 7-9 artists will exhibit their work in designated spaces in the Campus Gallery. The schedule for each week is the following:
- Installation: Monday and Tuesday from 11 AM - 4 PM
- Exhibition Hours (open to the public): Wednesday 11 AM - 7 PM, Thursday 11 AM - 4 PM & Friday 11 AM - 4 PM
- Opening Reception: Wednesday 5 PM - 7PM
- Deinstallation: Friday from 3 PM - 5 PM

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Senior Installation Plan (Spring 2024) - All participating students must submit an Installation Plan via Submittable by their due date. Each week has its own form and due date. If you are unsure about what week you have been assigned please review the following spreadsheet: Senior Exhibitions Schedule SP2024.
- Senior Exhibition Handbook (Spring 2024)
- Senior Exhibition Agreement (Spring 2024) - The due date to fill out the agreement and sign up for a Spring 2024 Senior Exhibition has passed. If you think you are eligible for a Senior Exhibition this semester please email Manuel.A@cca.edu with the subject "Senior Exhibition Agreement"

In this floor plan, each space is numbered so you can reference your space preferences in your Installation Plan. This is not a requirement but it may be helpful in assigning spaces. NOTE: There are several factors that go into space assignments that make it impossible to guarantee assigning spaces based on preferences.

INVENTORY
The following equipment is available to reserve and utilize for your Senior Exhibitions. Email Installation Manager Manuel Angeja at manuel.a@cca.edu to inquire about availability and to reserve any of the equipment listed below. Reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance your first installation date. Please include the ID # or Model # in your requests.

INSTALLATION TOOLS AND HARDWARE
The Exhibition Department keeps the items on the following tool and hardware lists readily available for install and deinstall . During your install and deinstall timeframes you can expect to have access to the listed items. We also have a variety of equipment that is not listed. If you require tools or hardware that are not on these lists you are welcome to Email Installation Manager Manuel Angeja (manuel.a@cca.edu) to ask if we have those items. If we do not have the items you will need to source them from elsewhere or make do with what we have. We may be able to help direct you to a source or suggest other solutions.
Tools
We have limited numbers of some of these tools. Tools with limited numbers are marked (limited #) with the # indicating the amount we have available to use. Items marked limited will need to be shared between all artists during install days. If you anticipate needing access to any of the tools marked limited for long periods of time, please email Manuel Angeja (manuel.a@cca.edu) and let him know so that he can coordinate with the other installing artists ahead of time.
