The CCA Employee Handbook serves as a comprehensive guide for employees, offering essential information on company policies, procedures, expectations, and benefits. This portal page provides a breakdown of the handbook, enabling employees to easily find the information they need. A full copy of the handbook is available under the Resources Section on the right-hand side of this page.

Please note that Faculty should access the Faculty Handbook for procedures related to faculty governance, as well as ranked faculty classifications, evaluation, promotion, tenure, separation, and grievance processes.
