Planning an Event at CCA

If you want to reserve spaces such as Timken Lecture Hall, the Nave Presentation Space, or Blattner Hall Multipurpose Room please visit this link to see if there are required fees based on the following criteria:

  • Attendance higher than 49 people. (This does not include Timken.)
  • Event would take place in the Nave or utilize multiple spaces throughout the college.
  • Event would take place over multiple days.
  • Intended audience is for the general public.
  • Event would include catering and/or alcohol being served.
  • Event would take place on a weekend or around a holiday.
  • Event is part of a lecture series or other ongoing program.

If you have a Coursedog user account with event-request access, please log in to coursedog.cca.edu using your SSO credentials. Click "Request New Event" then choose "Event Type." See descriptions of "Event Types" below. Your request will be submitted and is not confirmed until it is approved in Coursedog.

If you do not have a Coursedog account, then please contact your event sponsor from your Program or Division. All event requests require a minimum of a two weeks notice but additional lead time is both recommended and appreciated.

An event is not approved until it has been reviewed and confirmed by all supporting departments. When your event has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
