Event description
Designer and creative leader Raeana Anaïs has built a career by following opportunities that didn't always fit the traditional design path. She's worked as an educator, launched her own fashion brand, served as Creative Director for Dreamville and legendary musician J. Cole, and now works as Senior Art Director at Yuga Labs. With us, she'll reflect on how each chapter—across fashion, music, branding, and technology—shaped the next, and why some of the most valuable career moves are the ones you never planned. Through stories from her own experience leading creative teams and building brands, she'll discuss embracing curiosity, staying open to unexpected opportunities, and how to recognize the skills that can reimagine "Fashion".

Get to know our guest speaker:
I build brand worlds from the inside out and translate ambiguity into a clear plan by defining voice, visual language, and product storytelling so campaign, retail, broadcast, and experiential channels feel like one continuous narrative.
Over the past eight years I have led in house and agency creative teams to build a brand into a full lifestyle ecosystem and deliver high impact launches. I have also originated, led, and grown key partnerships, including Puma, BYBORRE, BAPE, Daily Paper, Champion, Crocs, Wilson, and NBA 2K.
Alongside client work I lead ARTHROPODA, a series at the intersection of fashion, art and identity. Building the series keeps my perspective fresh, fuels curiosity and sharpens my ability to lead with vision. It allows me to collaborate across disciplines and translate bold personal concepts.
