The Design Lecture Series reflects CCA Design’s commitment to being a sanctuary for emerging voices and diverse practices. Each semester we host an impressive roster of thinkers and practitioners who expand our idea of what design is and what design can do.
For the Fall 2022 Design Lecture Series, our multidisciplinary speakers share insights from their recent projects with the common thread of looking back to design forward. Our guest lecturers recall a myriad of lineages to propel the future of design for a world that requires creative solutions to our biggest challenges. These conversations explore transformative design, the evolution of conceptual practices informing current design methods, workshopping intersections among disciplines, challenging the status quo, and the non-linear pathway involved in achieving a final design.
We are hosting two lectures, two book signings, and one workshop. We hope you’ll join us for one - or all of these critical conversations.
