Users can filter teach-out agreements by program of study to more efficiently compare their options.

Institution details

Each partner institution with a teach-out agreement in place also has a detailed information page, including basic facts and links about the institution, agreement details, eligible programs, equivalent degrees, contact information, and action items for interested students.

Announcements homepage dashboard widget

We've launched a newsfeed on the Portal homepage, which compiles recent post pages published to various section announcements indexes across the site all in one highly visible place.

The unified announcements index: all published posts all in one place!

In addition to the homepage widget, we've launched a unified announcements index as well! Accessible right from the dashboard widget, this index compiles published posts across all section-specific announcements for a more streamlined user experience.

Exclude from feed

Authors also have the ability to determine whether or not their published posts show up in the announcements index. Within the Promote tab of the Wagtail editor for a post page, you'll find an "Exclude from feed" checkbox.

De-indexing posts older than one year

In order to de-clutter search results on Portal, we've decided to automatically remove published announcements older than one year. Because this information is typically time-specific, it quickly becomes "out of date" if not unpublished. Some posts still have some relevance after the fact, which is why they can remain published for over a year but just won't show up in search anymore.

Exclude from search

Editors can also choose to exclude their published posts from search now from the get-go by selecting the "Exclude from search" checkbox within the Promote tab of the Wagtail editor.
