Trusted Devices in Workday
Enable Workday Trusted Device
Effective April 13th, 2019, Workday now offers a new feature that better secures your Workday account - Trusted Devices. Now, when you log onto Workday from an unrecognized computer or other device, you will be prompted to either Remember this Device or Skip.
If you are on a computer or other device that is used by only you, you can select the "Remember this device" checkbox on the left to avoid seeing this message again.
If this is a shared computer, please use the Skip link at the bottom of the form to better secure your account.
You will receive an email notification anytime your account is accessed from a device that is NOT saved to your account. Please contact Help Desk at helpdesk@cca.edu if you are concerned about any suspicious activity on your account or unauthorized login attempts.
Once logged into Workday, you can remove any previously linked device by clicking on your photo (or cloud) in the top right corner, then My Account, then Managed Trusted Devices. Here you will see any devices that have been approved for you account, and remove if necessary.
