Log into Workday using the mobile app
Before you begin
The Workday mobile app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and can be used to access many of the tasks and information in Workday.
Note that not all of the features or tasks available in Workday are available on the mobile app.
1 Install the Workday mobile app
Search for the app in Apple App Store or Google Play and install.
2 Provide Organization ID
When you first open the app, you will need to provide an "Organization ID".
Enter "cca" in the field provided.
3 Sign in using Single Sign-On
On the next screen, you will see CCA's single sign-on screen. Enter your CCA username and password.
Verify your identity with Duo.
After successfully signing on, Workday will ask you if you want it to remember your device (your phone you are signing in on). Check "Remember this device" and Submit.
