View Transfer Credits

Last updated on Mar 19, 2025

Before you begin

View Transfer Credits to see which units of your originating coursework transferred into CCA requirements. You must be a continuing student or a new student who has paid their enrollment deposit to view Transfer Credits in Workday.

NOTE: Admitted students, who have not yet paid their enrollment deposit, can view their transfer credit in the Workday Applicant Portal.

Transfer Credit

Transfer credit refers to the CCA course name and number that you have been given credit for based on the originating coursework you have already completed outside of CCA. See Transfer Credit Policies for Undergraduates and Advanced Placement (AP) for specific examples of transfer credits.

Originating Coursework

Originating coursework is any college-level course completed at a different institution (i.e., a community college or four-year institution) that is equivalent to a CCA course and counts towards your academic progress. See Articulation Agreements for specific examples of originating coursework.

Continuing and Deposited Students

1 Log into Workday

Log into workday.cca.edu with your CCA account. If you have not yet created your CCA account, follow these instructions before proceeding.

2 View Academics Dashboard

To access the Academics Dashboard, select the icon of three lines at the top left of your Workday home page and then select Academics. You may also select Academics from your Quick Tasks or Your Top Apps.

3 Select View My Academic Record

On the Academics Dashboard, locate the Academic Planning & Registration bulletin.

4 Review Coursework by Academic Period

NOTE: DEPOSITED STUDENTS - Review Pre-Enrollment Period

If there is no Pre-Enrollment Period listed, CCA does not have any transfer credit based on originating coursework or test scores on record for you at this time.

If you do not see any Transfer Credit from Coursework listed under the Pre-Enrollment Period, please select the blue arrow next to Pre-Enrollment Period to expand your view.
