View & Manage Your Payslips
Before you begin
Each pay period, Workday generates a payslip, a document detailing your money earned, including taxes and other deductions, employee-paid benefits, and other payment information.
You can view your payslips in Workday and manage how your receive them: electronically (paperless) or by mail (paper copy).
View and print payslips
1 Run the 'My Payslips' report
Click here to run the 'My Payslips' report.
You can also find this report within the Pay worklet, or by typing 'my payslips' into Workday search.
2 Review your earnings summary
The 'My Payslips' report provides a table summary of your earnings by pay period.
3 View a payslip in detail
Select the 'View' button next to the payslip you'd like to see in detail.
The detailed payslip includes a breakdown of gross/net pay, taxes and other deductions, and account deposit information for the specified pay period.
4 Generate a PDF of your payslip
Select 'Print Payslip Image' to generate a PDF version of the payslip.
Once the PDF has been created, the PDF link can be found within your Notifications or from 'My Reports.'
5 Return to your earnings summary page
View your previous or next payslip using the buttons provided, or select 'Return to My Payslips' to go back to your payslip summary screen.
Select your payslip delivery option
You can choose whether to receive your payslip in paper form (delivered to your primary home address) or electronically.
1 Select 'Change Payslip Printing Election'
You can find this button on your payslip summary page.
2 Select 'OK' in the popup window
The Worker and Company fields within the popup should populate correctly automatically.
3 Select 'New Payslip Printing Election'
From the dropdown list, select whether to receive electronic copies of your payslips (paperless) or have a paper copies sent to your home address on file.
CCA encourages all employees to save paper by selecting to receive their payslips electronically, if possible.
4 Save your selections
Click 'OK' to save, then 'Done' to exit the summary screen.
