Minor in Writing and Literature
The minor in Writing and Literature enables motivated students to pursue their studio practice while engaging in the creative and critical literary arts with a dynamic, supportive faculty.
Completing the minor does not increase the total number of units required to graduate.* So for most students, pursuing the minor will not add to your total number of courses.
However, because the coursework in the minor may require you to choose from a specific menu of options, it is important to meet with an advisor as early as possible to plan the course of study.
*BArch students generally need to take at least one additional course to complete a Minor in Writing and Literature.
