Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the confirmed appointment.
A same-day cancellation (one made in fewer than 24 hours notice) is considered a no show. More than two no shows results in the loss of the free coaching privilege for the rest of the semester.
