Alexandra Waterson is an architect specializing in mid- to high-end residential design. Her values—learning and compassion—are central to her work, and she thrives in collaborative environments with co-learners, developing creative, innovative, and thoughtful solutions for every project. This compassion is evident in her genuine desire to benefit both people and the environment.

Alex earned a BA in Art from UCLA and an MArch from CCA in 2012. She began her career designing community spaces, student housing, educational and institutional buildings, and master planning. Her passion for enriching people's daily lives through design led her to transition to residential architecture, where she has specialized since 2016.

While she began her studies in art, Alex chose architecture because the field offers endless opportunities for daily learning and allows her to design spaces that cultivate a healthier, more compassionate world. Whether working on community institutions or private residences, she approaches each project as a chance to positively impact how people experience their environments.
