Industry Professional Advisor

Contemporary Art Curator, Educator, Advisor, and Experienced Art Director for exhibitions, community programs, and large-scale engagement events

From 2017-2022, I held the role of Chief Curator for an art and technology exhibition platform supported by Adobe called the Festival of the Impossible. During the Pandemic, I needed to build a virtual FOI exhibition, sharing Augmented Reality works that were brought into viewer's homes around the globe. I continued building virtual art education programming for Withitgirl and Industrial Design Outreach and spent some time supporting the Internationals School.  In 2024, I was invited to work with the Minnesota Street Project Foundation through large scale performance works including the team leadership of the San Francisco Art Book Fair.

I have spent almost 20 years supporting CCA art professionals and students through multiple platforms; my gallery Triple Base, International Art Fairs (NADA), the San Francisco Arts Commission, Andy Warhol Foundation, Manresa Gallery, multiple publications, and Adobe.  Ted Purves (Social Practice) brought me back to CCA to build an MFA course in 2011.  I desired to strengthen and support the artist’s independence, so I constructed Make Things Happen. This was a hands-on course that gave interdisciplinary students the opportunity to build their own large exhibition and support structure.

I am happy to once again be working with CCA in 2025 and am well connected to the skills and opportunities you may need to reach your professional goals. As an Art and Design Community Engagement and Interaction Specialist, I am supportive, honest, and insightful as to what employers in your field are looking to hire. Above all, I will be supporting you in your art practice and conceptual approach.
