OEE Mission & Responsibilities
The Office of Educational Effectiveness (OEE) promotes the academic mission of the College by providing consolidated leadership and support for student learning, assessment, faculty development, retention initiatives, and accreditation. The office is oriented towards encouraging high-quality, proactive, and entrepreneurial approaches in the facets of academic operations for which its members have responsibilities.

OEE RESPONSIBLITIES
Areas of responsibility include:
- coordinating meaningful and streamlined assessment efforts
- facilitating communications with the Curriculum Committee, deans, and chairs regarding educational effectiveness
- providing direct academic coaching services to students
- promoting, developing, and incentivising faculty development around strategic needs
- overseeing and contributing to formal program review
- developing relevant data resources and IR assets
- coordinating formal curricular revision meetings
- administering student surveys (climate, satisfaction, etc.)
- improving course evaluations as a tool to promote educational effectiveness
- advancing strategic curricular and policy initiatives to promote student success
- fostering a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based strategy in Academic Affairs
