Accessing CCA account while abroad

During CCA semester breaks, many students return to your home country. Often, this involves switching your phone or SIM card to a local number while at home, and switching back to a US phone or SIM card when you return.

When switching phones, this often results in you being unable to log into your CCA account because your Duo 2-factor account is only associated with a phone number that is no longer active.

If you will be changing your phone or SIM card for travel, we strongly encourage you to use one of the methods described on this Portal page to avoid delays logging into your CCA account. You can choose any of the 3 options that works best for you, but you need to take action PRIOR to leaving the US.
