Choose this when your question is about your account, record, or situation and you need advice from a specialist.

What to have ready: your student ID, relevant dates/terms, screenshots (if helpful), and your questions.

Departments & typical reasons to book:

Financial Aid

  • Examples: FAFSA/CA Dream Act help, verification documents, understanding your aid package, and Satisfactory Academic Progress appeal.
  • Book: Financial Aid Appointments

Student Accounts

  • Examples: billing of tuition, housing/dorm fee, insurance fee and miscellaneous fees; payment plans and methods, and refunds
  • Book: Student Accounts Appointments

Academic Advising & Planning

Student Records

  • Examples: graduation checks, transfer credit evaluations, major/minor changes, and enrollment verifications.
