Financial Aid
- Examples: FAFSA/CA Dream Act help, verification documents, understanding your aid package, and Satisfactory Academic Progress appeal.

- Examples: billing of tuition, housing/dorm fee, insurance fee and miscellaneous fees; payment plans and methods, and refunds
