The 2022 CCA Holiday Fair is scheduled for Saturday, November 19, 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the San Francisco campus!

Key changes to the historic Holiday Fair: 

1. We will only have a limited number of vendors due to street permitting occupancy. Only confirmed vendors with confirmed and completed registration (RSVP and payment) will be allowed to participate in the event. This is on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. This year, the Holiday Fair will be located outside and take over the entire Hooper Street (between 7th St. and 8th St.), on the San Francisco campus. The rain site will be located inside the CCA Main Building located at 450 Irwin Street (Loading entrance will be right off of Hooper St. & 7th St.). 
3. This is a family-friendly event. We are partnering with local business, including food and beverages, a potential petting zoo, and DJ music as part of the fair.

Vendor Logistics & Expectations:

• Vendor participation in the Holiday Fair is only open to CCA students, alumni, faculty and staff. 
• All items for sale must be original work/ handmade items by the vendor
• Tables and 1 chair will be provided. Vendors may not bring their own table. However, vendors may bring a tent if it is smaller than 6' x 6'. Vendors may also bring their own clothing rack (limit of 1) for display if they are smaller than 6' x 3'. 
• The Holiday Fair will be RAIN OR SHINE. We recommended to bring tablecloths, umbrellas/tarps/display covers, as Hooper Street will have no tree shade.
• We also recommend to bring display items, signs, and small bills to make change.
• Spaces / tables will be preassigned for all vendors. 

If interested in vending, we recommend completing this pre-registration form ASAP. Registration will close at 12 p.m. PT (noon) on Friday, 10/28/2022 or when we hit capacity, whichever occurs first.
A full list of instructions and helpful tips will be sent out after registration closes to all those who are confirmed as successful pre-registrants. If we reach capacity before the final deadline, we will begin a wait-list for vendors. Vendors on the wait-list will only be contacted if previously RSVP'd vendors drop out of the Holiday Fair on a first-signed-up basis.
