The Campus Life office hosts an annual bustling arts bazaar supporting local community artists.

The general public is invited to enjoy community while shopping for a wide variety of original artwork made by students, staff, faculty, alumni, friends of CCA, and local artists. This is a great opportunity to support local artisans, craftspeople, and designers and find unique, one-of-a-kind gifts like jewelry, prints, glass, ceramics, and clothing for loved ones or for yourself!

Campus Life's final 2026 Art and Crafts Fair will be on Saturday, November 7th, 2026 from 11am-5pm!

All CCA Students, Alumni, Staff, Faculty, Friends of CCA, and local artists interested in being a vendor should use the Vendor Lottery Interest form linked here.

All CCA Program Chairs, Faculty, or Shop Managers for shared student academic class/program tables should use the Academic Class/Program Lottery Interest Form linked here.

Vendors are chosen through a lottery-based registration system that opens Monday, September 14th, 2026.

Vendor Lottery Interest forms will be open here on MONDAY || SEPTEMBER 14TH || 12PM (PT).
Vendor Lottery Interest forms will close on SUNDAY || SEPTEMBER 20TH || 12PM (PT).

1. Current CCA students – All current CCA students can enter this lottery for a free ½ table participation. Campus Life wants to provide opportunities for student involvement by removing financial barriers for participation.
2. Academic classes/programs – Interested Program Chairs, Faculty, Shop Managers, can enter this lottery to have a shared class or program full table to showcase and sell student work (Only for students in a class or program. Faculty must enter the individual vendor option).
3. Paid vendors – CCA Alumni, CCA staff, CCA faculty, 'Friends of CCA' (status extends to friends, family members, partners, or personal referrals of current CCA community members), local artists, and current CCA students can enter this lottery with the intention to purchase a full table booth for a fee.

1. If interested in vending, we recommend completing your relevant vendor Interest Lottery before the deadline of Sunday, September 20th at 12 pm (noon) PT.
2. Vendors will be chosen at random and will be informed of their status by Tuesday, September 22nd.
3. Conditionally approved vendors must complete their full registration by Friday, September 25 at 12 pm (noon) PT.

-Those who do not complete their full registration by the above deadline will forfeit their offered spot. This spot will then be offered to another vendor on the Waitlist.

-All those not initially assigned a vendor spot will be kept in the lottery pool on a waitlist and may be notified later if a vendor spot opens up through October 17.

-There is a separate lottery for faculty or staff interested in requesting a shared class/program table based on your class/program curriculum. Please complete the Academic Class/Program Interest Lottery Form linked here.

1. Current CCA students who want a free 1/2 (half) table vendor spot: $0.00
2. CCA Shared Student Academic Class/Program Tables: $0.00
3. CCA Alumni, Faculty, Staff, and current CCA Students who wish to purchase a full table: $50.00
4. Friends of CCA*/Local Artists (vendors not currently working for or attending CCA as a degree-seeking student): $60.00

Please note: Vendor fees are used to help offset the increased operational cost of the event and to support free entry for current CCA students at the 2026 Art & Crafts Fair.
