Dear Continuing Students,

We’ve created a short form to help us better support you through your post-CCA transition as you continue exploring your options. This form allows you to:

• Indicate which (if any) teach-out partners you are considering
• Authorize CCA to share your academic records with teach-out partners (optional)
• Indicate whether you are considering transferring to another school that is not a teach-out partner

You can review partner agreements and benefits by CCA program or institution, and watch recordings of previous Teach-Out Partner Info Sessions on Portal.

Thank you gift! As a small thank you, students who complete the questionnaire can stop by Student Services (Monday–Friday, 10 am–4 pm) to pick up a CCA poster and/or a small kit (CCA pencil pouch, small notebook, pen, pencil, and stickers), while supplies last. We encourage you to complete the form by May 15, and there will be additional opportunities for you to update us on any changes to your plans over the summer and throughout next year.

As a reminder, students must remain enrolled at CCA through Spring 2027 to be eligible for teach-out pathways. Student Support staff in the Transition Hub and Academic Advising staff are available to talk through your questions and next steps.
