Dear CCA Staff and Faculty,

Following this morning’s announcement about the future of CCA and our agreement with Vanderbilt University, we invite you to join an All Staff & All Faculty meeting today at 1 pm where I will again address the details of the announcement as well as some specific information related to staff and faculty. This will not be an open Q&A session at this time, however we are scheduling follow-up meetings for more opportunities to have dialogue.

I am sure you have many questions, and we are committed to answering them to the best of our ability. A new Portal page has been created with specific information at portal.cca.edu/transition. Next week, on January 22 at 1 pm, we have also arranged for Magellan, our Employee Assistance Provider (EAP), to hold an onsite group counseling session. We will be sure to follow up with more information.

We will continue to populate this page as more information is available. We will also provide a form to submit questions that you may have.
