DSMBA-6300: Organizational Culture

Course Description

This course goes beyond the theory and into the practice and principles of culture design. Through actionable exercises and real-world examples, students will learn what it takes to transform a company’s culture into its most important competitive advantage.

Culture is a connected system of six components that, when designed and operationalized, leaders can create an intentional and self-sustaining workplace. Through our five residencies together we’ll cover the six components of culture, and by the end you'll have the knowledge, the tools, and the confidence to design an organization’s culture.
