GAMES-2500: Game 3: Animation
Course Description
Game 3: Animation is a technology skills-based studio for the creation of animated and art assets for digital games and the continuing development of game programming competency. The course introduces students to the principles and best practices for creation, integration and deployment of digital animation for games. Students work with industry-standard Game Animation tools for integrating 2D and 3D animation, while also developing capacity in working with assets for the AR, VR, XR, and MR mediums. The course develops a student's capacity to create and integrate animations into the program-standard game engine preparing them for upper division coursework.
