PRINT-3400: Advanced Printmedia
Course Description
This advanced level course allows students to perfect knowledge and processes covered in all printmedia courses including etching, relief, lithography, monotype, screen printing, book arts, photo and digital printmedia. Special topics will be covered on a rotating basis. To foster dialogue the class will be introduced to historical and contemporary practices through presentations, field trips to exhibitions and visiting artists. Open to students from any major who have taken a level 2 printmedia course and who want dedicated time and support to focus on their practice at an advanced level.
