Description:

This class will introduce designer's uses and approaches to ethnography-learning from places, people, and objects. Students will learn how to evaluate ethnographic research, engage communities to develop new research,synthesize results, and design with people (participatory methods). Students will also explore storytelling, representing insights, documenting, personas, and scenarios.
