Description:
When talent can be stolen, patents can be litigated, and that amazing new app will become irrelevant the moment a tech behemoth pushes their next update, how can any company stay ahead? In a hyper-speed, hyper-competitive market company culture is the only sustainable competitive advantage; in this course you’ll learn why. Students will gain a working understanding of the six components of culture, a strategic framework every leader can use to assess, design, and manage cultures of organizations. We will also cover engaging with the culture of boards and management teams. By the end of the course you’ll not only understand how culture can be used as a strategic business tool, but why every corporation in America should.
