Description:

Story Lab explores the power of storytelling as a strategic leadership tool for designers, entrepreneurs, and innovators. In this hands-on lab, students learn how to craft compelling narratives that communicate ideas, influence stakeholders, and bring complex strategies to life. Through exercises, critiques, and real-world examples, students develop the ability to translate research, insights, and strategy into clear, persuasive stories.Students practice framing problems, shaping narratives around opportunity, and presenting ideas in ways that resonate with audiences across business, design, and technology contexts. The course emphasizes narrative structure, visual storytelling, presentation techniques, and the use of story to align teams and drive action.By the end of the lab, students will be able to construct powerful narratives for ventures, strategic initiatives, and innovation proposals—helping them communicate vision, build buy-in, and lead change.
