Description:
What if you could design not just things, but the systems and interactions connecting them? Instead of designing a restaurant menu, imagine designing the way the host greets a diner. In this course, we will explore the emerging discipline of service design by engaging in the end-to-end design process. Working individually and collaboratively, we will delve into qualitative research, service design methods such as experience mapping and service blueprinting, and visualizing complex systems and ideas.
