Description:
The aim of this workshop will be to foster your growth as a poet by encouraging you to expand the range of possibilities for the way your poems might be made, what they might say, with whom they might speak, and how they might mean. We'll explore what poems do and what they make happen as we create new work, think about ways to deepen and extend early drafts, develop and refine work in progress, discuss issues of craft, and explore how other poets create work that's formally vivid and alive.
