Description:
Effective communication is an essential skill for all creative professionals. To that end, Professional Writing-EL is designed for multilingual learners who would like to improve their English writing skills at a professional level. We will explore our practice of the various genres that international artists and designers commonly use in order to successfully present themselves and their work to the world. Course work will include development and application of language awareness tools to text types such as artist statements, resumes, cover letters, and projects from students' other courses.
