Description:
What animates you as a writer? This course offers the development of a personal writing practice that will bolster, enliven, and inform one’s frame by frame animation practice. In our transdisciplinary approach, we will identify how the twelve principles of animation (arc, anticipation, timing, staging) also work as principles in our writing craft (arc, suspense, pacing, setting). Word after word, dynamic worlds are constructed for our sequential art.
