Description:
This course stresses the most recent and exciting research topics in a variety of scientific fields. We explore these topics from the perspective of how artists in the 21st century must take into account the developments in the scientific and technical realm. As in my other courses, this course also has a philosophical flavor in which we will integrate what we learn with our own artistic activities. Thus, during the course, and in particular in the main assignment, the students will present some of the research they did during the course and how their research findings can impact their own future as artists.
