Description:
When we imagine the future, what do we see? Our dreams or our nightmares, the unknown or the comfortably familiar? How can writing and art that describes the future actually be a tool for describing (and perhaps critiquing) the present? In this class we’ll look at a variety of work and explore alternative approaches to thinking about the future.
